Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
OH MY GOSH. This was AMAZING. It was so creamy and rich. I loved it.
Matt didn’t enjoy it as much as I did, but that's ok, more for me.
I adapted this recipe from Frugal Creativity
[Printable Recipe]
Ingredients:
1 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1tsp vanilla
1 and 1.3 c. heavy cream
1 c. half and half
1 c. mini chocolate chips (maybe more if desired)
Directions:
Combine peanut butter and sugar.
Add half and half
Blend until smooth and dissolved.
Add cream and vanilla and combine
Add to ice cream maker and let run for 30-40 mins.
Add mini chips and mix
Transfer to bowls and freeze.
This is my favorite ice cream recipe so far. YUM
** p.s. Can anyone help me make a button for my blog. I have no idea where to start. Thanks!**

That sounds so yummy! I'm going to pass this on to my friend who has a new ice cream maker. Maybe she'll share with me!! :)
ReplyDeleteAngela, how much did this make? I have an ice-cream maker that makes about a quart (I think, I just got it at a thrift store). I've been meaning to find a recipe and now I won't have to look.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing. I'm going to print it out.
Don't worry about my birhtday, I love birthdays that last longer then the one day.
Take care and have a great evening.
